Lam Research Corporation Announces Resignation Of Dr. Gregor A. Campbell FREMONT, Calif., March 14, 2000 - Lam Research Corporation (Nasdaq: LRCX) today announced that Dr. Greg Campbell, vice president and general manager of the Etch Product Business Group, has tendered his resignation with the company. Campbell leaves Lam to pursue a lifelong interest in higher education. He has recently accepted the position of chief executive officer of The King's College and Seminary in Southern California.
