NOVELLUS ANNOUNCES AVAILABILITY AND TIMING OF MID-QUARTER UPDATE CONFERENCE CALL WEBCAST FOR FOURTH QUARTER 2001 P>San Jose, Calif. -- Nov. 13, 2001 -- SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 13, 2001 — Novellus Systems, Inc.
