Lam's delayed 2007 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the Company's headquarter offices located at 4650 Cushing Parkway, Fremont, California, and will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. All stockholders are cordially invited to attend the meeting in person and are encouraged to vote by proxy via Internet, telephone, or mail to ensure their representation at the meeting. Please arrive ten minutes early for check-in.
In addition, Lam Research will hold its 2008 Analyst meeting on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in San Francisco, California coinciding with SEMICON(R) West 2008. The meeting will serve as a general update for analysts and investors on Lam's strategy and operations.
