This October, Lam was proud to join thousands of manufacturers across the United States for National Manufacturing Day. Our U.S. manufacturing facilities in Fremont and Livermore, California, and Tualatin, Oregon, welcomed over 150 students from neighboring high schools for a peek inside our operations.
With Lam representatives giving tours on the manufacturing floor, sharing their career opportunities in the industry, and providing an overview of the semiconductor equipment manufacturing ecosystem, we hope to have energized the next wave of production.
For five years now, Lam has participated in National Manufacturing Day, showcasing modern manufacturing careers to students who will enable future production.
