Why did you choose to intern at Lam?
I was interested to join Lam because I wanted to become more familiar with the industry and gain key insights into the semiconductor ecosystem. Additionally, Lam Research is a well-known company, equipped with innovative technology and superior services for semiconductor manufacturers. As a freshman in this fast-changing industry, this experience gave me the opportunity to explore real-world working life and propel by career into the future.

What skills did you develop during your internship?
The most important skill that I developed was to create conclusions and recommendations based on critical thinking and empirical research. I would grab lots of new and relative knowledge from Lam’s e-learning and experiment results, so I needed to quickly organize them to create an innovative solution.

Why did you choose to intern at Lam?
I chose to intern at Lam because I wanted to be part of an organization that not only strives for the best but also truly cares and invests in their people.

What skills did you develop during your internship?
Interning at Lam further developed my problem solving abilities and helped me understand how we can utilize effective communication to identify and find solutions to problems.

Why did you choose to intern at Lam?
Lam is an international, intercultural, and open-minded company. At the Villach site where I interned, there were people from all continents. I also appreciated that Lam is pushing technological advancement forward and operates in international markets.

What skills did you develop during your internship?
I developed many skills during my internship – some beyond my imagination. The most important skills include: ability to take initiative, analyzing big data proactively before machine failure, and international project management.
